easter time

Yesterday was our 6th month anniversary. Hooray for us. If we can make it this
long, we can make it through eternity right?
My little sister works at IFA. Saturday they were having a little Easter celebration.
The National Guard was there with a mechanical bull and rock climbing wall.
The bull was pretty wild for Orrin. He was getting whipped around all over.
He did great though. He was on for quite a while.
I went first on the bull, he started out easy but got a little wild. I guess I was better than he thought I would be. The bull got a little temperamental. I showed him.
Next it was the rock climbing wall. Orrin wanted to do it Gladiator style. I wasn't so sure.
He went on the hard side, I went on the medium. I got a slow start but caught up.

It wasn't until the very end that I got stuck. There was no where for me to grab! Orrin claims he made it up twice before I made it up once. Its not true. I jumped up and hit the button, but it was broken so no one heard. You can't see bu on the other side the button didn't work either so my sister attached a cow bell. I could have used one of those.

After all that exciting fun we headed off to the Art Festival. So many cool pieces of art. It makes me want to be a photographer, painter, silversmith and a potter. All of it! After a little walk through it all we decided to go home. We were walking to the car when I decided that Orrin and I don't have a nice picture of Christ. Del Parson was there (He is the one who did the famous/popular church painting of Christ. I also took an art class from him at DSC last year) and he had some new way cool paintings. After much debating we decided it was worth the price. We ended up with a very neat Sepia tone/distressed picture that we LOVE, it looks like this..

Our anniversaries are so closely knit. Will you always call and remind me that mine is in a week? Thanks.
