small town gossip

We went to Ferron for the weekend to visit Loves family.
Its always a lot of fun when we go up there.

On Sat we went to visit Orrins Grandma Arlene. She always has good candy out! The highlight of our visit was when she was complaining about her new hair do she said,
"I look like a little N-(insert the "N" word for African American People)-r baby!" After we stopped laughing she apologized and said she used it out of the up most respect! Then she treated us to lunch at the Grub Box and a drive around Millsite.

It was spring cleaning at the Lemons this weekend. Love checked out his old rock collection and went through some old mission things. I saw all of his old dance pictures and love letters.. too bad they were all from the same girl!

Loves little brother "Beef" doesn't get enough teasing so Love makes up for it when we're there.
This is Love holding Beef in the "Cruisifix hold!" Its impossible to get out of. Believe me, I've tried!

Orrin got a new dew. He did his hair on Thrusday.. the "Moustache" is a new addition.

One conversation we had in Ferron was that I have never seen animals "breed" before. How do turtles do it? Can fish? Do they just lay eggs and not get to enjoy the fun!? After Loves sister Laurles Dance recital, we were driving home and lookie here! Cat on Cat... weird.

Not only does Love like to pick on his brother but also the family dog Walter. Walter is a pansy.. but Love gets carried away sometimes. This is a nice picture where Love is holding Walt like a baby.... Although, Walters heart was racing so fast.. He knew Love was going to strike again!

Before we left we made a trip up to Huntington to visit Grandma and Grandpa Gordon. Such a fun couple. Grandpa Gordon is an avid golfer and since Love is getting back into it we went out side and had some fun! Grandpa Gordon taught me how to swing the club and hold my body right. He has balls and a net out in the back yard and practices every night. So now Love and I are going to go to the driving range to practice what I learned! Fun. Love was especially happy because Grandpa Gordon sent him home with some new golf balls and magazines! lucky!

We made it home with 2 bags of MEAT, 2 new (to me) lamps and all of Loves old mission stuff! Even borrowed season 2 of Greys Anatomy from Laurel! Can't wait to watch it and get organizing!
